Bio-Terrorism agents have been used through the ages such as: By the Romans in 600 B.C.; by colonial power against Native Americans in 1700; by Polish against German forces in World War II; by rebels in the subway of Tokyo, Japan in 1995; and contaminated mail in the United States in 2001 and 2004.
