Our guest speaker today was Randy Dean, Accountability Analyst with Instructional Support Services in the Office of Technical Education of the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education. Mr. Dean shared with us information about Esperanto which included the following:

President Ray recognized Missy who introduced Sgt. Shepherd to conduct the Officers of the Month program from APD Zone Four. Sgt. Shepherd presented the two officers and noted their recommendation for alertness and courage displayed in the capture of a criminal who had shot another person six times and had a previous record of committing two robberies. President Ray congratulated the officers and presented each a Certificate of Appreciation. Ronni gave highlights of the Valentine Gala such as delicious food, plenty of auction items, and a lot of fellowship and fun. Lantz noted with thanks to Lockheed and Martin for the grant of $2500.00 to support our Rising Leaders program.
Even though there was no Pin Violation, Our Compassionate Mel was pleased to receive a $3.00 purchase of a Pin on the spot.
